Liz specializes in helping seniors and their families sell their homes, providing comprehensive pre-sale service such as coordinating the sometimes overwhelming tasks involved in preparing a home for sale. She works hard to find qualified and motivated buyers, using her many years of experience and up-to-date knowledge to get you the highest price for your home.
Originally from North Hollywood, California, Liz now resides in Burbank. She has been involved in the real estate business since 1982, when she began purchasing raw land for development and managing a small portfolio of rental properties. After obtaining her California real estate salesperson’s license in 1992, Liz also passed the real estate appraiser’s exam in 1993 and interned with a real estate appraiser that same year. She moved to Las Vegas in 1997, obtaining her Nevada real estate salesman’s license and sold homes there until her return to the San Fernando Valley in 2000. Liz enjoys helping buyers and sellers in both English and Spanish.
Liz has won multiple awards for her efforts and enjoys doing her best for her clients. Her sense of humor and positive perspective always welcome, she has an amusing story to tell. “My grandfather had been a real estate investor, and I’d always found his stories interesting. Some of them were about his wise investments, and others, well... Long ago he sold the small commercial area in Laurel Canyon because he didn’t think that area would ever generate enough interest to support a business there!”
Some random trivia: Liz is passionate about genealogy, especially genetic genealogy, and is having a lot of fun building her family tree. Liz would be more than happy to help you build yours!
